Project Manager

• Offer professional and standardized technical support and training to customers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer or Communications Engineering with good command of English;
• Familiar with Cisco products and network technologies with CCNP above certification;
• 2+ years of experience in telecommunications, finance industry or related system integration companies;
• Familiar with industry business processes and network applications requirements;

Cisco Network Consultant Engineer

• Beijing & Shenzhen

• Offer perfect and excellent designing solutions to guarantee smooth execution of various projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer or Communications Engineering with good command of English;
• 3+ years of experience in system integration industry and familiar with Cisco products and network technologies;
• Experience in large-sized project designing and bid tendering;
• Experience in post-sale execution and project management;
• In-depth knowledge of network field and able to analyze and compare technologies and products of rivals;
• Good at writing and communication.

Customer Manager

Location:

• Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou & Hangzhou

Responsibilities:

• Establish effective sales channels and customer resource groups with company and vendor resources;
• Responsible for related sales and reaching pre-set sales goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer or Communications Engineering with good command of English;
• 2+ years of experience in successful sales of large-size network project and with rich industry customer resources;
• Following IT development trends and familiar with CISCO products and technologies;
• Able to and experienced in independently exploring and maintaining customers;
• Good at communication and with good teamwork.

Technical Support Engineer (English, Korean, Japanese)

Location:

• Beijing Technical Support Center

Responsibilities:

• Provide global users with services of CISCO products and network technologies, including distance fault diagnosis and clearing and service process management via CISCO unified global technical service support platform;
• Solve various problems of applications based on Cisco Voice product in line with processes and technical requirements;
• Follow-up and record service progress and offer technical reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer or Communications Engineering;
• Familiar with Cisco products and network technologies or 1 year of experience in related network technologies preferred.
• Fluent in English or Korean or Japanese listening, speaking, reading and writing;
• Good at English writing and reading;
• Good customer service skill and good at solving problems.

JAVA Software Engineer

Location:

• Shanghai

Requirements:

• Design documents in line with customers' demands and description and complete modular function designing and create detailed design documents;
• Necessary internal testing and software execution.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in software development (java language) with experience in software modular designing and independently completing designing and encoding of modular;
• Experience in software development based on database or experience in WEB customer portal interface development based on B/S model;
• Familiar with XML standards, capable of format designing and development in line with business demands, knowledge of database SQL grammar and familiar with at least one of the common databases (MySql, Oracle and Sqlserver);
• Independently complete software modular analysis and designing and create related documents.
